Home at last...

After 3 days in the hospital we are finally home. We were so lucky to have been in the BEST hospital ever. Great doctors, nurses... food :) They even had a special room with all the snacks you could want. Paisley called it 'THE STORE'. She made frequent trips to the store to get fruit snacks and teddy grahams. Wes and I joke that our hospital was nicer than any of the hotels in Lincoln. haha.

Anyway we are home and so far so good. We're all a little tired but that's to be expected. Also, a little bit of adjusting is to be expected. I know I'm just going to have to chill out and show patience!!! Both of which are not in my character by the way!

We are so lucky to have my mom "NANA" here with us!!! She makes everything better and we love her so much!

With out further a due... some pictures for you :)

Life is good. We are so lucky to have such beautiful and healthy little ladies.

Oh ash, she's beautiful! I love that pic of her on the couch. So sweet! Congratulations.

I remember those first few days home from the hospital. For me it was difficult to be patient with beck; Suddenly the older child is not so sweet and innocent (and is kind of annoying to be honest) when you have a perfect little infant in your arms. For me that went away SOME after the first few days at home, and then completely once things returned to normalcy (McKane went back to work and my mom left). Hang in there :)

Wish we were near you so I could bring you dinner and meet that sweet girl. Shes so cute:)

She is so beautiful! Congrats! Glad you won't have to move in a month like Leah and I, Good luck! Yes take it easy and enjoy your mom there!
We loved the hospital snack bar as well. Eric loved the fruit snacks as well, we stocked up before we left. Didn't you love the potty seat? It was was favorite.

Ahh... home at last. I wasn't in a huge rush to go home after being in that hospital. I really enjoyed looking through a menu and picking out whatever I wanted, breakfast, lunch and dinner! The nurses were pretty nice for the most part, but I feel like they came in WAY too much. Anyway, lottie is just gorgeous. Can't wait to meet her!

You're barely leaving the house while I'm... barely catching up on friends' blogs! Congrats on an adorable new addition. I'm in love with the name Charlotte (which is why I named my first daughter that. the tortoise, silly!). Love it. She's darling, so is Paisley and you all look wonderful, as usual. I totally feel you on the older and very loving sibling overwhelming the new one. Stella spends most of her days with Merrick's naked bum in her face, being "cuddled" aggressively and trying to sleep amidst his high-pitched screams and shouting. Ah, this is real love and I'm glad all is well for you and yours. Miss you!
